Note: All flat selection sessions under the “Sale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme Flats 2024” have been completed, with relevant Agreements for Sale and Purchase for new GSH developments and resale GSH flats signed. After the Occupation Permit for the building(s) concerned has been issued, the HA's solicitors will notify the purchasers in writing to pay the balance of the purchase price within a specified period of time and complete the remaining conveyancing formalities.
