Online Submission of Income and Asset Declaration Form (IADF) and required supporting documents

After the HA has drawn the ballot, the HA will notify the applicant and family member(s) listed in the application form by letter or email to submit IADF and/or relevant documents within the specified period.

Applicant and family member(s) listed in the application form can fill in and sign the Income and Asset Declaration Form (IADF) and submit the required supporting documents to GSH Sales Unit by using "iAM Smart+". Applicants can browse the website of "iAM Smart" (https://www.iamsmart.gov.hk/) for information.
