Note : All flats offered for sale under the current Home Ownership Scheme sale exercise were sold, with relevant Agreements for Sale and Purchase signed. After the Occupation Permit for the building(s) concerned has been issued, the HA’s solicitors will notify the purchasers in writing to pay the balance of the purchase price within a specified period of time and complete the remaining conveyancing formalities.
