Online Submission of Income and Asset Declaration Form (IADF) and required supporting documents

Applicant and family member(s) listed in the application form can fill in and sign the Income and Asset Declaration Form (IADF) and submit the required supporting documents to HOS Sales Unit by using "iAM Smart+". Applicants can browse the website of "iAM Smart" (https://www.iamsmart.gov.hk/) for information.

Family applicants of White Form or Green Form (only applicable to the holder of a valid "Green Form Certificate" ) who had submitted online application may submit IADF and relevant documents early during the period from 11 May 2026 to 10 June 2026. After the HA has drawn the ballot, HOS Sales Unit will notify the relevant applicants by email/letter to submit IADF and/or relevant documents within the specified period.
