1 Adjustment of quota allocation ratio between Green Form (GF) and White Form (WF) applicants
The quota allocation ratio between GF and WF is adjusted to 50:50
2 Extra ballot number for applicants who have failed to purchase in the last two consecutive sale exercises
Allocate an extra ballot number to applicants who have failed to purchase a flat under HOS 2023 and HOS 2024
3 Extra ballot number for young applicants
Allocate an extra ballot number to young family applicants and young one‐person applicants aged below 40 with WF status
4 Relaxation of alienation restrictions
Shorten the alienation restriction period of new flats for sale in the open market from 15 years to 10 years from the date of first assignment
5 Support for the elderly and newborns – priority flat selection
Reserve a quota of around 40% of the new flats for sale for families applying under the "Priority Scheme for Families with Elderly Members" and the "Families with Newborns Flat Selection Priority Scheme"
6 Quota reserved for one‐person applicants as well
Reserve a quota of around 10% of the new flats for sale for one‐person applicants
